Meet Sean Nee, our lead Montessori educator and the heart of Hills Montessori Studio.
Sean Nee brings a rare combination of formal early childhood qualifications, certified Montessori training, and rich international teaching experience from Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Dubai, to every session she leads. Having worked with children across different countries and cultures, she brings a warm, globally-informed perspective to learning that makes every child feel seen and valued, providing a well-rounded approach to early childhood learning in a safe and supportive environment.. Parents often describe Sean Nee as the kind of teacher who just gets kids calm and patient when a child needs space to think, energetic and fun when it’s time to explore, and always structured enough that children feel safe and confident.
She founded Hills Montessori Studio out of a genuine belief that the early years are the most important years, and that every child deserves a beautiful, nurturing start to their learning journey. Through her small group learning approach, she would give each child personalised attention and guidance tailored to their individual needs. She believes this supportive setting helps children build strong foundations in learning, creativity, and social skills, preparing them for a confident and successful transition into school.
